Reservation Confirmation and Payment Terms
Thank you for selecting BTS Worldwide Limousine Service. To ensure that your experience is seamless, please carefully review the details of your reservation, including the dates, addresses, and times provided. It is essential that you inform us of any discrepancies or corrections needed, as BTS Worldwide Limousine Service is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the reservation details.
Non-Refundable Payment: A full, non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are final and cannot be transferred or refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the reservation date and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Overtime Rates: A 5 to 10-minute grace period is allowed. Any overtime will be charged to the same credit card used for booking. Overtime is billed hourly, not prorated per minute, and at the rate specified in the signed contract. The credit card on file will be charged prior to the event date for overtime and damage deposits . Refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. If we have subsequent engagements, we cannot guarantee availability for overtime beyond the contracted time. We reserve the right to end services once the contracted period expires. To avoid delays, please plan ahead and book additional time if needed.
Payment Acceptance: We accept all major credit cards and Zelle Payments . By accepting this contract, you agree to all terms and conditions of BTS Worldwide Limousine Service, and understand that all payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
Traffic Congestion: Please provide all stops and addresses in advance. BTS Worldwide Limousine Service is not responsible for delays caused by the need to map new addresses or find landmarks. Customers must cover any tolls. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, roadblocks, or misdirection by passengers. Delays caused by inclement weather are also not covered. We do not offer credits for traffic delays; please allocate extra travel time if necessary. Consider your times carefully when booking or selecting a longer package.
Weather Policy: BTS Worldwide Limousine Service reserves the right to suspend services in severe weather conditions that compromise safety. In such cases, you may reschedule for a future date, and your deposit will be applied to that date.
Vehicle Damage Policy: The person responsible for this reservation is fully liable for any damage to the vehicle, including breakages, stains, or burns. Escape hatches are for emergencies only. We reserve the right to terminate the service without refund if the client or passengers behave disorderly or violently. We may pursue legal action for unpaid damages or fees, including legal costs.
Smoking/Alcohol Policy: Our vehicles are non-smoking. A $299 charge per occurrence applies for smoking. If necessary, your driver will pull over for smoking outside the vehicle. Illegal drug use is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund. Alcohol consumption is not allowed if any passengers are under 21; the presence of alcohol in such cases may terminate the service. A minimum $350 cleaning fee applies for bodily fluids.
Passenger Count: Chauffeurs will not operate a vehicle with more passengers than its capacity. Ensure that the vehicle you book can accommodate your group.
General Additional Policy: If we are unable to perform the service as agreed, our maximum liability is limited to a full refund of any amounts paid or a credit toward future service. In rare cases of mechanical failure, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles. If a vehicle breaks down en route, a comparable replacement will be provided at no additional charge. It is your responsibility to check for personal items left in the vehicle. Claims or complaints must be submitted in writing to BTS Worldwide Limousine Service within 7 days of the event. If legal action or collection agencies are required, any costs will be the responsibility of the client. Failure to comply with contract terms may result in termination of service, and forfeiture of all payments and deposits. By signing, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions.
Chauffeurs have the authority to determine if vehicles can safely navigate tight turns or narrow driveways. In such cases, clients may need to walk to or from the vehicle. For safety, standing or moving around in the vehicle while in motion is prohibited. BTS Worldwide Limousine Service is not liable for injuries resulting from sudden stops.
Cardholder Acknowledgment: By signing below, I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by BTS Worldwide Limousine Service. I understand and accept that all payments made are final and non-refundable.
